Need Help with homosexuality?

2 Cor. 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
If you are homosexual and have no desire to change, I want you to know that I am NOT out to convert everyone in this world. I believe that God will change everyone AFTER He returns and that some people are meant to change now and some people are meant to change LATER. But I am not one of those ministers who want to degrade and punish gay people. I love gay people. But some gay people are not happy in that lifestyle. Please respect THEIR choice to change. I have respected you, now please respect us. There is no difference between the sins of homosexuality, gossip, lying, cheating, stealing or any other sin. Sin is Sin. We all have sins. We all fall short of the Glory of God. But when you turn your heart and life over to God, you do make changes. You do become a new creation in Christ. You do NOT stay the same, when you become Christian, this is true for ALL Christians, Gay or not gay, you do NOT stay the same, you make a change completely from your previous lifestyle, everything changes! You are crucified with Christ and resurrected with Christ.
If you are homosexual and desire to change and to grow closer to God AND BECOME A NEW CREATION, I want to help you.
I battled this addiction all of my life. But God has given me the strength to come out of my previous lifestyle and to be transformed by the renewing of my mind by his righteousness and grace. I get a lot of abuse from religious people because I do not hide my sins. But the Lord knows all, so why hide it. I am a living testimony of what God can do.
Even if you was born with gay issues, that does not mean that you cannot overcome it, and does not mean that you should not want to overcome it. Some people are also born alcoholic and other drugs and other mental issues. But that does NOT mean that God wants you to identify yourself as your inherited illness. He doesn't want you to say "I was born an alcoholic, therefore there is nothing wrong with me getting drunk and continuing to make mistakes because that's the way God made me and that's what I am, I am an alcoholic person, now and forever with no need to change in any way or form". We ALL have issues and need to change and grow in some way. We all fall short of the glory of God. Homosexuality is no worst of a sin than an old lady gossip about her neighbors. But that does not mean the old lady should not overcome. And it doesn't mean that the homosexual should not overcome. We should ALL be seeking to overcome all our weaknesses, addictions, habits and lifestyles!
I know you are seeking love. Everyone seeks Love. There is a greater Love from God than you can even imagine. Through him, we can be more than conquerers. We can overcome anything.
He will not allow anything to come against us that we cannot bear.
It may be very hard. But we can bear it and overcome it.
He did not promise that it would be an easy road. But he did say that if we obey him and follow him that he would provide for us and protect us and give us joy. As we go down life's rough road, we get a few bumps in the head and a few stab wounds, but we are strengthened and molded into becoming what God wants us to really be. It is a growing process. Baby steps are acceptable! And YES I KNOW you have BEGGED God to remove it from you! But it's not meant for Him to just "remove" it, it's meant for you to OVERCOME it. It's hard but nothing is impossible with God. Did I say "NOTHING"? Yes! With God, YOU can overcome it through the strength He can give you if you take actions in your life to apply. It's not a matter of just stop thinking about it. If you want to do this, you have to make changes in your surroundings, decisions, choices, habits, etc. Yes I know you did NOT choose this lifestyle. Absolutely not! Why would anyone choose to be the center of ridicule? You did NOT choose it.
No One chooses to become gay, despite what most so called Christians claim!
But something did happen in your life to bring this on you. Please watch the below 17 minute video and think about what this lady says. Now, if you do not want to change, I'm not here to tell you to change nor to tell you that you have to change or should change. I'm simply here for those that have decided to change. Simple as that!
We are children of God and we need to learn how to crawl and how to walk and how to dance.
One of the best things you can do is to learn how to be brothers and sisters with the fellow human race without sexual actions. It IS POSSIBLE to be held and loved by a man without having sex with him! It is possible to have a family of loved ones who do care about you and will not stab you in the back. This is called the church, which means, the called out ones, which is the body of Christ.
God is Love. The church is his body in the present time. We are called to eventually be the bride of Christ, without spot, without blemish and without wrinkle. We are to strive for perfection even though we cannot yet be perfect in this life. But God has the power to cleanse us from all our sins and faults.
I am offering you the opportunity to come visit me in eastern Tennessee for a camping and fishing trip in the summer of 2008. This will not cost you anything except your transportation and your camp site (around 12.00-$15.00 per night to the campsite people, Tents only please, no RV's and Campers). There are NO Registration fees to attend! I am not out for money like some other groups out there who are pretending like they care about you and charge you many hundreds of dollars to attend their trip or whatever they want to call it.
On our camping trip, you will learn to relate to and to bond to other homosexual and heterosexual men in non-sexual ways. We will fish together, camp together, walk, swim, talk, eat, sit by the camp fire, read the Bible, pray, worship, exercise, etc. There will be conversations of sharing with one another and teaching one another the skills of camping and fishing. There will be exercises where you learn to touch a man in an innocent way, become friends, socialize and develop social skills dealing with the same sex in non sexual ways. This is meant to increase your own identity as the person you was born as and turn away from what you became because of your childhood or other occurrences in your life that led you down the sexual addiction path. I realize that there ARE many gay men who are more masculine and butch than straight men. I realize there are even gay truck drivers and law enforcement officers and military. So, this camp is not necessarily to make you more butch but rather to help you relate to other men in non-sexual ways and to fellowship with other Christian men to encourage and edify you in the pursue that you have chosen to become a new creation in Christ Jesus.
There are some gay people very upset about that fact that I want to help you. So, to protect myself and my ministry and the friends who want to help you, I do require that before you come to the camping trip, that you are attending a church service somewheres where the pastor knows that you are gay and are trying to come out of it. Tell the Pastor that you want to come to this camping trip and have him or her send me an phone call so I can verify that you are real about your desire to change. You will need the support of a local church. You must begin at home and in your community with fellowship with people who will support you wanting to renew your mind and draw closer to God. This camping trip is then a second step toward growing in your relationship with the Lord and with your fellow mankind.
I do not have the date or location of this camping trip yet, but it will be in the Summer of 2008.
