Guillotines in America NOW!

for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

http://www.legis.state.ga.us/legis/1995_96/leg/fulltext/hb1274.htm This is Georgia House Bill 1995-1996 #1274. It authorizes death penalty by cutting your head off with a guillotine. Now, of course I believe it says it is by choice if you do not want the electric chair. But what's to say they wouldn't use the guillotines in the future for more people? It has been said there are thousands upon thousands of guillotines in the US and that Montana has also legalized them. I have not done the research to verify that yet.
