The vote comes as Defense Secretary Robert Gates prepares to sign an executive order authorizing the military to set up five regional teams to deal with the potential outbreak of H1N1 influzena if FEMA requests help. A senior U.S. defense official told FOX News that the plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the FEMA. No final decision has been reached on how the military effort would be
manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military. It is not known how many troops would be needed and whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces. In the event of a major outbreak, civilian authorities would lead any relief efforts, the official said. As the military would for a natural disaster or other significant emergency situation, it could provide support and fulfill any tasks that civilian authorities could not, such as air transport or testing of large numbers of viral samples from infected patients. As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called "execution order" that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan. Orders to deploy actual forces would be reviewed later, depending on how much of a health threat the flu poses this fall, the officials said. The Associated Press

What i see happening: The swine flu and it's mutation and other viruses will continue to grow worst and take more lives. Thereby all these events, the govt will soon say that all americans must take the microchip to keep track of terrorist, to help the economy, to keep track of the vaccinations, etc. Everyone will be required to take the chip and it will become part of the healthcare bill or other bill eventually. No one will have access to healthcare without the chip. Everyone will be required to have healthcare AND the chip! It is time right now to prepare. It is NOT WISE to wait until AFTER the events. I am NOT saying that you should fear! I am saying you should PREPARE.

Tropical Storm/Hurricane Ida Update:Tropical Storm Ida is steadily weakening as it hurtles northwards towards the Gulf of Mexico coast. Rains from Ida have already pushed into south-central Louisiana, where radar estimates indicate up to an inch of rain has fallen. Winds along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle were 20 - 25 mph this morning, and will steadily increase today as Ida draws near. Winds at the Mississippi Canyon buoy 150 miles south of Gulfport, MS were sustained at 45 mph at 8 am EST this morning, with 19 foot waves. The intensity forecast models predict that Ida's winds will range between 50 - 65 knots (58 - 74 mph) at landfall. Regardless of Ida's strength at landfall, the storm will be able to dump 4 - 8 inches of rain along the Gulf Coast and well inland. We can't rule out the possibility of an isolated tornado
when Ida makes landfall, The storm surge forecast for Ida Storm surge is the other major concern for Ida. With a strong high pressure system anchored over the U.S. today, the pressure difference between this high and Ida is creating a strong pressure gradient that was driving tides 2.5 feet above normal at Shell Beach, LA (on the east side of New Orleans) this morning, one foot above normal at Dauphin Island, AL, and one foot at Pensacola, FL (Figure 3). NHC is now calling for a storm surge of 3 - 5 feet above ground level, which is a reasonable forecast even if Ida weakens further. A large stretch of coast will be subject to very high water levels for an extended period of time today and tomorrow, with battering waves on top of the surge likely to cause a significant coastal erosion event. A particular concern is the western end of Alabama's Dauphin Island, when even a strong tropical storm can cause significant damage to the low-lying, heavily

Hurricane Ida Update:Hurricane Ida rumbled ashore over eastern Nicaragua yesterday morning as a Category 1 hurricane with 75 mph winds--the first November Atlantic hurricane to make landfall in an El Niño year since 1925. Now just a tropical depression, Ida has crossed over into Honduras, dumping heavy rains of 6 - 10 inches along the coast of Nicaragua and northeast Honduras, according to satellite estimates. The rains have pretty much ended over Nicaragua, thanks to the collapse of Ida's heavy thunderstorm activity on the south side of the center. Thunderstorm activity is still strong to the north of the center, over coastal Honduras and the waters of the Western Caribbean. Satellite loops show that Ida still has a vigorous circulation, and with the center due to move offshore tonight, it is apparent that Ida will survive the crossing of Nicaragua and Honduras. Ukraine Pneumonic Plague?Doctors are calling on citizens not to vaccinate against influenza, because such vaccination in the midst of the epidemic may injure the health. PNEUMONIC PLAGUE has an acute course than other forms, over and is accompanied by a very high mortality rate. The incubation period of primary pneumonic plague rarely exceeds more than 1-4 days. Halloween: The Time For Intercessory Prayer, by Gary and Lisa Ruby
During the month of October and especially the week before Halloween, our family prays for people being held for human sacrifice. God has shown us that interceding for intended Halloween murder victims is our reasonable service to him and that we must tell others so they will will see the need to enter into this ministry with us. (See Romans 12: 1)
When the article, "Halloween: The Time For Intercessory Prayer" was first published to the internet in 2002, I could find no other articles on the internet that exposed the taboo subject of Halloween and human sacrifice. I learned that some leaders who hold positions of authority in the Christian establishment (including those who represent themselves as being saved out of the occult) will admonish believers not to partake of Halloween because it is evil, but they will not talk about what God's people can do to combat this evil.
It is now October, 2009, and some articles that address human sacrifice on Halloween can be found on the internet. Incidentally, the Druids are not the only ones who practiced human sacrifice in the past and continue to do so in the present. My husband, Gary, witnessed both animal and human sacrifice in Salem, Massachusetts in the 1970's when he when he was a teenager. Human sacrifice is practiced all over the world, from primitive tribes to the most sophisticated of societies. Followers of Jesus Christ can successfully combat these murders through the weapon of prayer.
God does answer intercessory prayer on the behalf of intended sacrifice victims and lives have been saved through the years because Christians have fasted and prayed for their deliverance from ritual sacrifice. Satan has lost many sacrifice victims due to the fasting and prayer of God's people against this specific unspeakable evil committed every Halloween, and on other satanic high days.
God receives much glory when his people fast and pray and really believe he will work mightily to prevent many sacrifices to Satan on Halloween as well as other human sacrifice days. Prayer against this horrendous work of darkness is a "seasonable" good that God's people are capable of doing and morally obligated to do as we walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
"Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." James 4:17
Fasting before and on Halloween
Fasting is not easy for me and sometimes I think I can't do it, but when God calls his child to fast, he always provides the strength. If you believe God is commanding you to fast and pray this month against ritual murder, then you will have the grace to do it.
Fasting for one day can be a sacrifice if you have never fasted before. One meal might be the place for some people to start. (Many people have found that they eating one meal a day is a doable way to fast.) Fast as much as you can, and don't think that if you can't go a week without eating that you might as well not do any fasting at all.
Start with one meal and God will honor it. What if thousands of Christians who have never fasted would commit to fast one meal a day on the week before Halloween? Others can fast until suppertime during this evil week. And some can even fast for days or weeks during the month of October. The Holy Spirit will lead each person to do the will of the Father in this regard.
I know that if I was the one who was bound and undergoing preparations for ritual slaughter, I would desperately hope that brothers and sisters in Christ would be willing to undergo a bit of inconvenience in order to intercede for my miraculous deliverance from unspeakable torture and death. Thinking on these things keeps me going when it is time to fast and pray.
There are Christians who are bound right now and waiting for the terrible moment (beginning at midnight, October 31st) when they will be brutally murdered. What would YOU be doing if you were kidnapped by satanists and kept under guard while waiting for your brutal murder? You would be praying for God's divine intervention wouldn't you? And God will do this if His people will pray.
The Word of God promises that we will reap what we sow. Are you willing to sow intercessory prayer for people (both Christian and unbeliever) you know are awaiting slaughter? If you are, you will reap spiritual blessings and the mercy of God when you are in dire need.
It takes love to abstain from food and to pray fervently for people you probably will never meet and for results you won't be fully aware of until you stand before the throne of God. Those who are in Christ Jesus know that faith works by love. (See Gal. 5:6)
Please pray for unbelievers and Satan's followers who are also being held for human sacrifice. Pray that God will enable them to escape and that they would know that they were spared by our Heavenly Father's tender mercy. Ask God to reveal himself to them so they would gratefully give their lives to him forever.
Christian, it is by the mercy of God that you are not a sacrifice victim, waiting for an excruciating death. In thanksgiving to God for his tender mercies toward you, present your body to God in fastings and prayers, and remember that you are "a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." Romans 12: 1
May the Lord Jesus Christ richly bless you and honor your sacrifice of love for the sake of those he also loves and longs to save.
How To Pray on Halloween
Someone wrote and told me that she and some other church members were going to pray at their church on Halloween. She asked me for some prayer requests and I sent them to her. I am posting them in the hopes that you will be encouraged to pray too.
Praise the Lord. I am so glad you want to pray on Halloween and that others will pray with you. I can give you some of the things we pray about before and during Halloween. I know the Lord will lead you too.
1) Pray that the satanists and witches would not be successful in recruiting people into satanism and witchcraft through the Halloween parties and recruitment goings-on during this time.
2) Pray that God would protect children from being spiritually harmed by eating candy that has been prayed over and cursed by satanists. (Some companies produce their own cursed candy and other candy is cursed by witches and satanists before they hand it out to Trick-or-Treaters.)
3) Pray that Christians would heed the Holy Spirit's conviction and understand that Halloween is not of God, and that they would understand that they are courting the God-sent delusion if they do not turn from this willful fellowship with devils. Pray they would repent of participating in Halloween and all occult-related activities.
4) Have everyone in the group renounce out loud the times they participated in Halloween or any other occult related things, such as using tarot cards, ouija boards, reading occult-themed books, watching occult related movies, etc. All Christians need to do this as soon as possible after they are saved. Every bit of place (permission to afflict their lives) they gave Satan before and after they were saved needs to be taken away. They need to renounce all works of darkness (all the place they gave to the devil through touching the unclean thing) in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
5) Pray that God would arrange circumstances so that people who are being prepared for ritual human sacrifice would escape. Pray that Satan's followers would fall asleep so the people can escape. Pray that God would work and perform miracles so they can get away. He is willing to do this and has done this mightily in the past in response to the prayers of his saints. God is against this evil and he does act if His people will believe and pray.
6) Pray that traffic accidents, fires, and all manner of planned disasters would not be fulfilled as a result of curses on this dark night. Satan's followers conjure demons to work destruction on this night especially. Also pray that the spells, curses and various incantations would be cancelled rather than fulfilled on Halloween night.
7) Pray that the people who escape would surrender their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and continue to grow in their knowledge and faithfulness to him.
8) Pray that satanists defect from satanism and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ and help the victims who are being held escape so they won't be sacrificed. (Many witches and satanists who were conceived and reared for this purpose are being held for human sacrifice. Pray that they will escape as well.) God has done this before and will do it again.
Pray that God would cover witch and satanist escapees with his divine protection so they would not be found and killed. Pray that they would soon be born again and protected from being killed in retaliation if they come forward and speak out about these atrocities.
9) Pray that God would intervene and create circumstances that will prevent the ceremonial sacrifices from taking place.
10) Pray that God would work in any way he deems necessary in order to stop the sacrifices, allow the victims to escape to permanent safety, and cause those who serve Satan to be in awe of power and holiness of the real God, the Most High of the Holy Bible and turn to him in sincere faith. Last night in a local worship service, a minister gave this following testimony.
A person noticed a woman praying in an airport. The person went up to them to admonish them for praying.

This is the first time in two hundred years this apple tree did not bear any fruit, so He gave an order to Chop down the Tree, and cut off its branches. (Year 2009 a bad year for apples.)
Then As Jesus Christ looked down to earth from His throne room, The Mighty King in all His glory stood at the door way in heaven as He looked upon the earth, Jesus went back to His throne room and sat down and wept, as He saw the wickedness of the earth. Yeshua wept as His compassion and Mercy went forth to all on the whole earth, He can no longer hold back, He must do what He does not want to do, but He must, so that He can get His girl.
Again a watcher spoke and made a decree, a decision has been made by decree and a sentence has gone forth by the holy ones in order that the living may know that the Most High God Almighty rules in the kingdom of men. Again I heard a loud voice say Chop down the Tree of America for the hand writting is on the Wall of the White House and the writing goes across the road map of America from Coast to Coast for America and its people have been found wanting and weighed in the balance and the Church in America has also been found wanting.

TIME LINE 8-09 DREAM

I will share with you, in part, a dream I had in Aug. 2009 but first I must share this with you. At the beginning of the year I stated, “Notable months for 2009 will be June- July and Sept- Oct”. I looked back over the timeline and see a pattern in prophetic timeline months. Because of the different delays in time that America has seen, and the major prophetic events that has happen in America, we must take a look at a change in prophetic time events which the natural mind cannot understand.
With a world of confusion and all the internet junk being passed around within the church, most of the body is in a state of confusion. We see an increase of false teachers and false prophets and as I have said for a number of years, there will be a lot of voices out there and miss information that will cause a spirit of confusion upon all those who will follow after every wind of doctrine. The only word the body of Christ needs in this hour is, repent and turn back unto the Lord Jesus Christ. Know that He loves you so much; He wants you to hear His voice once again have sweet fellowship with Him. I sense a hurt among the body of Christ, for so many have listened to everything being passed around; 98% of it has been junk and confusion. There are so many radio programs telling you which way to go and so many dead ends that lead nowhere.
Too many are trying to save America. The mission is clear and the
Word God is simple. It very important that the Body of Christ get a holy word from Papa God. I hear the Lord say to the Body, “Seek Wisdom and Discernment from above”. In my life the Lord God has spoken to me to stay before Him, in humility and Love because at the end of the day we will all be question about love. I heard Him say that there are those who have made many claims; and they walk around with pride and an outstretched neck; they walk in a false humility and they are not men of truth. For they are blemishes at your feast and they make claim by saying thus said the Lord when the Lord has not said. Too many join them in that wide gate of destruction for they go with the wide status quo; when the wind changes they jump to someone else. These people turn on one another like a pack of wolfs who have not eaten for a week. I hear the Lord say, “Even thou they
used the word of God and they have part truth they walk with an unholy mixture”.
We must understand that it is more important to build one another up in holy love, and into Christ as the Body of Christ grows up into maturity. Please keep in mind that we must come out from among the false teachers and confusion of the internet madness and junk.
With that said I will now share with you the dream of 8-09.
8-09 Dream: As we take a look at this dream it could have many meanings. Keep in mind some very interesting prophetic points the Lord has given me over the last few years. (Oct 25 – Nov 25, 2009 is one month in the same from a prophetic time line) This is a warning to America and a sign of the Sword of Omar, i.e., a 911 event, a Market crash, massive earthquakes and the collapse of the dollar with Riots, which are on the way very quickly, a strike on Washington D.C., New York, and California. These are events that the Lord God has shown me for many years and will soon take place. Will it happen within the Oct. 25 - Dec. 22, 2009? I cannot say for sure but I sense it is at the door and I see some major event very soon!
1. The 25 men that was burned on the U.S.S. George Washington last year 2008.
2. The 25 men of the “George Washington crossing 2007” that were swept down river on the Delaware River reenactment. This was the first time in 55 years they could not cross over. If it had been the real thing, in the day of Washington, America would have been lost. This is a sign that America will not cross over this time.
3. The 25 men of Ezekiel 11 who plan evil in the city of America.
In the Dream of 8-09 I was taken to what seemed to be four airports. I was going in and out of security with a badge and was taken to a runway. I saw a commercial airliner and a man next to the airplane. Sitting on the ground by the man I saw a 2 feet wide 4 feet long red gas can that is about 12-14 inches high. I asked the man, “Is that a 25 gal. Gas can”? He stood the gas can up on one end and on the bottom of the can it read 25 gals. He looked at me; the gas can was empty. I saw many other things in this dream and then the dream ended.
My impression was the gas cans were going to be loaded on the airplanes and they would make another stop to load more people. While doing this they would open up the cargo bay, take a fuel hose and fill it up, set a timer device, the air plane would take off and it would explode. It could mean that it is a sign of explosion; four Airplanes, four gas cans, four corners of America and the four parts of America, i.e., North, South, East, and West.
I understand this dream and am not asking for an interpretation since I always ask the Lord about all my dreams and visions He gives me; I am just sharing it with you.
I Timothy 4:1-3 Great Apostasy is in the Church and II Timothy 3:1-11 Great Perilous Times America.
Above all things we need the Mercy of God and to walk in Love. We need to Pray for Repentance and remember, God is not going to save America but He will save the souls of those who repent.

I gave this generation an unsealing and an understanding of my promises regarding the third day: refuge from trouble, the coming manchild, the greater works to come and the fulfillment of the prophecy of the feast of Tabernacles. This was a type of promised land, available for you to enter.
Yet, you have failed to enter in because of unbelief.
Most of you remained where they were in their second day, harlot churches. Many of you feared that your children would be spiritually lost without any church program. So these never even came out of their Egypt. I will bring those very children into the promised land of the third day, but you will not enter in.
Others left their churches, but did not gather to the refuge places I directed them to go to by My Spirit. They refused to gather together and chose solitary places or comfortable places.
Those few who did gather together by Me to the areas of refuge brought their second day, harlot church traditions with them, and my refuge locations were compromised.
And so, this generation shall perish in the wilderness and will not enter my land. This generation shall be trapped in the wilderness of the great tribulation, but I will save a remnant, and their children shall enter in."

Halloween is one of the "high holy days" in the practice of wicca, sorcerers, and devil worshipers as well as being a secular observance. Remains of Super Typhoon Melor dumped record-breaking amounts of rain over California over the past 24 hours, but the storm is now departing the state without having caused major damage. Mining Ridge in Monterey County had an extraordinary 21.34" of rain, and several locations in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Santa Clara counties had over 10" of precipitation. Downtown San Francisco recorded 2.49 inches of rain, which is the greatest 24 hour rainfall for the month of October (records have been kept since 1849). Monterey also set a record for the greatest October rainfall, 2.66". Strong winds accompanied the storm, with the Twin Peaks in San Francisco recording a hurricane-force gust of 75 mph, Angel Island, 77 mph, and Los Gatos in the Santa Cruz Mountains, 87 mph. Sustained winds in excess of tropical storm force were experienced at several locations along the coast. The Point Reyes Lighthouse experienced sustained winds of 46 mph,

LONDON – Defense analysts for the British intelligence service MI6 believe China is preparing for the "eventuality of a nuclear war." The conclusion follows evidence that Beijing has built secretly a major naval base deep inside caverns which even sophisticated satellites cannot penetrate, says a report in Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.
In an unusual development, the analysts have provided details to the specialist defense periodical, Jane's Intelligence Review, which published satellite images of the base location which is hidden beneath millions of tons of rock on the South China Sea island of Hainan.
The MI6 analysts have confirmed the submarine base hewn out of the rock will contain up to 20 of the latest C94 Jin-Class submarines, each capable of firing anti-satellite missiles and nuclear tipped rockets.
