The point of this article is that although the Alawi sect may be very small with only 4.6 million followers, there is an additional 7-8 million people who follow the Bahai Faith who will very easily worship Assad when he manifests himself as their Mahdi. And the Bahai Faith, which is almost identical to Assad's sect/cult, is the world's fastest growing religion! Plus, the Buddhists will be very easily convinced due to their belief in reincarnation, as well as many false Christians who believe in the Assyrian trinity doctrine and in a coming of Jesus before the Great Tribulation.
